What I Love About Being a Practitioner on the Surf Coast
Practicing on the Surf Coast is a privilege. The region’s emphasis on grounding, slowing down, and taking care of both body and mind aligns with my therapeutic approach. I often reflect on the natural beauty and rugged environment in my practice and encourage clients to engage with nature as a way of transferring the work we do in session, into their daily lives.

Favourite Quote
A quote that resonates with me is by Tim Winton: “I burst into the moon, the sun and the stars of who I really am. Being Fish Lamb. Perfectly. Always. Everyplace. Me.” This quote embodies the essence of embracing one’s true self and the innate worth of each individual.
Favourite Places on the Surf Coast
The Surf Coast offers many beautiful spots where I love to spend my time. Ironbark Basin, Point Addis, and Distillery Creek are among my favorite places to explore. I also enjoy visiting the rock pools on warm, sunny days.
