These sessions are 6 hours each Sunday with an hour break for lunch as well as breaks for morning and afternoon tea. For all online courses, your workbook and materials will be posted to you prior to the course beginning, along with any other additional resources if you require them.

Online Hypnobirthing Courses

For those of you unable to attend the full Positive Birth Program in person, there is an online option available in conjunction with a 90 minute private zoom session with Talia, to clarify anything you may want to discuss or to ask your certified practitioner any questions in person.

This course is a condensed version of the face-to-face course with 6 hours of comprehensive tuition, plus extra resources to support your learning and preparation.
